Standard modern diets of processed and overcooked foods
impair health and longevity by depriving the body of the vital nutrients and enzymes it
requires to repair and protect itself.
This problem is further aggravated by the digestive
distress and toxic by-products caused by improper food combining, such as mixing starch
and protein or eating fruit after a big meal.
Diets should observe the rules of trophology (food combing), eliminate all processed foods, and
include at least 30-50 percent fresh raw food.
Proper diet must also include pure water that is not
contaminated with heavy metals and toxic chemicals.
