1) When do I start? Is there a fixed start date?

Once bought and paid for you can commence your 7DW (Seven Day Wonder) cleansing at your timing and date of convenience. Whenever is good for you, is good for us.

And if you started, and some unforseen event means you have to stop, no problem there either.

You can Start, Stop, Start again whenever you want.

The 7 Day Wonder program gives you complete control of all the processes, so that you can relax, relax into your cleansing, your healing and your rejuvenation at your pace and convenience.

Your place is reserved once you bought a Seven Day Wonder online guided cleanse from us.

We've had over the past decade and a half a handful or two of people who paid for their 7DW program, disappeared for two years, a few even three years from the moment they paid, and then showed up out of the blue to do their guided cleansing with us three years later. That's fine too.

Once paid for, you own it, and we're going to do everything in our power to help you do it, execute it, whenever you feel its the best time for you to do that.

2) If I buy today Cleanse #1, can I upgrade later to advanced levels of cleansing if I'm happy with the results?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime contigent upon availability of a slot. Only programs purchased and paid for are guaranteed a slot, guaranteed their place for future cleanses.

Availability is an issue with HPS because of the limited nr. of online cleansing slots we open each year.

You can upgrade at your timing of choice either by buying a Packaged Cleanse, that being Cleanse #2 or Cleanse #3, or you can just buy an individual level. Each level of the 7DW series retails for 1,200 US$ per level.

If you do the mathematics, it pays to buy a Packaged Cleanse today, simply because you'll enjoy BIG savings now which you won't in the future, and your place will be guaranteed.

But again, this is a decision I cannot guide you on without knowing you.

For example, some people want to try out a 7 Day Wonder before commiting financially to any of the advanced levels of the program. Some financially cannot afford to commit today to advanced levels even if they wanted to...their financial situation unfortunately doesn't allow for that. Some might feel today that they don't need anything beyond one cleanse, a 7DW level 1 program. Afterwards, after seeing how great the program actually is, they do change their minds and they do take the next step forward buying the next level of the program, or the next levels at a saving.

In short, you have all the options open to you. It's just a question if and when do you want to play, and at what cost?

2) Refund policy?

75% refund within the first 48 hours.

It happens. Now and then in a blue moon someone orders in the heat of the moment, and then once paid for, they change their mind. We understand.

Also in the past, we had a few people below 21 years old order a 7DW, and their parents jumped in and said "no way". We understand.

Ater 48 hours of purchase, no refunds will be issued.

The 7DW is a guided program.

Places are limited. We have made it our priority to honestly give each HPS cleanser individual attention. That means we can sell a limited nr. of programs each month.

Once a program is sold, once a slot is filled, we refuse new orders and those people whom we refuse never come back.

In other words, by taking your order, we burn our bridges with someone else.

We can't be selling programs during one season, then having you ask for a refund weeks or months later (during another season) because you decided to change your plans, forcing us to reopen our marketing and sales dept again. No Way!

What we are prepared to do is allow you to transfer your rights to someone else. If you cannot or don't want to proceed, donate your 7DW cleansing to someone else, or even sell it on e-bay. That's fine too. But don't come knocking on our door.
